I'm Dawn, and I'm passionate about marketing and by that I don't mean advertising, I mean the full marketing gambit. From insight, analysis, segmentation to targeting, positioning and setting objectives ending with initiatives to develop product, pricing, distribution and yes also some advertising!

With over 25 years marketing experience, I'm skilled in all aspects of marketing from product to brand, from digital to offline, from content to CRM... and more! I've learnt my craft from some outstanding business & marketing leaders; topped up with some academia here and there; most recently the Mini MBA in Marketing.

My journey so far...

After completing BA (Hons) in International Business some decades ago, I focused my career on Marketing being fortunate enough to land my first job at Dyson working on new product development; analysing markets and bring new products to market. Following that, I got the bug for tech, electronics, gadgets and the like working for Philips, LG Electronics and the Electrolux Group.

Since then, I've worked in a range of B2B businesses namely in the following sectors; Technology & IT services, Fenestration / Construction / Security, Membership Organisations. But the one thing that links them all together is innovation; I love working with businesses that innovate, appreciate change as a good thing being open to new ideas and possibilities.

In March 2024, I took the decision to drop out of corporate life. I'd achieved my goals - made it to board level, worked nationally and globally in senior leadership roles, so now was the right time to set about writing new goals - putting my money where my mouth is and doing it for myself. Ultimately, setting up a business with the core objective to support other businesses, who typically cannot resource the in-house marketing depts of multinational businesses, deliver best-in-class marketing and realise their marketing investment and more in the sales numbers.

The bigger picture

As well as me, NEW EOS has two other permanent team members - one who is skilled in audio, music & live events sector, one who is skilled in walking, eating, stealing treats and catching (but not fetching) balls - I'll leave you to guess who's who! Seriously, I've built up quite a network of experts over the years and depending on the project, can draft in support as required.
